We are always on the look out for these two roles – Support and Presales Consultants.
Support is responsible for providing technical support to our customers. We generally only hire Level 2/3 support people.
Presales Consultants are responsible for managing our existing customers, as well as dealing with any new customer enquiries.
In both roles, we are looking for someone that fits our culture (you must be humble) and is an excellent communicator.
